No Surprises

Transparent Pricing

No Surprises. No Hidden Fees.

We price most jobs based on the amount of space your items take up in our truck. The more space your junk occupies, the higher the cost. We provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins, so you'll always know exactly what to expect.

Additional charges may apply for items that require special handling, disposal, or extra labor, including:

  • Appliances Containing Freon – Refrigerators, freezers, and other cooling appliances require special handling and disposal.
  • Heavy Materials – Concrete, dirt, brick, tile, roofing materials, safes, pianos, gym equipment, and other exceptionally heavy items may be priced separately based on weight.
  • Oversized Items – Large furniture, commercial equipment, or bulky items that require additional labor.
  • Limited Access Items – Items located in attics, crawl spaces, sheds, rooftops, or other difficult-to-access areas.
  • Construction & Demolition Debris – Certain materials may incur additional disposal fees due to landfill charges.

Every job includes labor, loading, hauling, transportation, and standard disposal fees. We'll always review pricing with you and obtain your approval before we begin.
